Cancellation Policy
Credit card must be on file to book appointments, as a deposit +tax/processing fee NON-refundable deposit is required *Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to visit to avoid a %50 charge. NO SHOWS results 100% service charge for time wasted. Above fees are due prior to booking new appointments. 3 consecutive cancellations/rescheduled appointments may result in permanent loss of services. *10 minute grace period for all services. Anytime over that results in $10 charge and possible rescheduled service/s.
